Last week I visited Progress Performance Center and had a great workout with Jack Scheers from PT Powerbody and Fitclub 0230!

In fact, he gave me a workout that I normally don’t do!
I’m used to some light cardio and bodybuilding and strength workouts but no High explosive and plyometric movements. I struggled with coordination and mobility but I got trough it!
